Caregiver-Employees Across Cultures

PHASE 2: Intersectionality Analysis for CEs

Given the growing multi-cultural diversity in Canadian society, this project continues to explore the variation in the CE experience, as informed by cultural difference. In addition to exploring the lived experience of Mandarin-speaking Chinese CEs via qualitative in-depth interviews, photo-voice was used to explore the experience of Phillipino and Iranian CEs living in Ontario’s Golden Horseshoe.Given the growing multi-cultural diversity in Canadian society, this project continues to explore the variation in the CE experience, as informed by cultural difference.
